2. Impressive Asset Valuation:
Evaluated billboard assets with a cumulative value exceeding $254M, underscoring our proficiency in estimating the unique worth of each sign.
3. Sales Transactions:
Facilitated four (4) successful billboard sales transactions, helping our clients navigate the complexities of OOH deals and securing optimal outcomes for our clients.
4. Land Lease Initiatives:
Executed 19 strategic land leases in several major media markets, locking in high-profile locations for several OOH companies.
Generated a substantial ~$16.2M in land lease revenue, demonstrating our commitment to maximizing returns for property owners.
