Billboard Joe's Acquisition of Fluhman Outdoor's Out-of-Home (OOH) Displays
SignValue is pleased to announce the successful completion of a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) for Alerus Bank, involving Billboard Joe’s acquisition of 458 Out-of-Home (OOH) displays from Fluhman Outdoor. Fluhman built a quality inventory of steel structures, including a few digital displays, and coverage across 50+ communities in west Texas and the Permian Basin. The divestiture marks the formation of Billboard Joe, LLC, through the consolidation of Ogden Resources of Texas and Oklahoma and Impala Outdoor.
