SignValue has been retained to sell a digital-only billboard plant in Ontario, Canada. The assets represent eight 10x20 digital faces that will do approximately $498k in Billboard Cashflow. All assets are under long-term leases (20-years) with lease costs being approximately 5% of revenue or $31,600 a year in flat rate leases. There are currently 3 built structures with 6 digital faces. One of these structures is in Windsor and the other two are in Kingston. There is an additional digital permit in Windsor that is grandfathered in after new regulations have been put in place. The digital permit will allow for 2 additional faces. The permit has passed all potential appeals process and is fully ready for install.
